This company is a breath of fresh air!!! Cannot recommend them enough. After dealing with the nightmare that is Kendall Collision I took my Toyota here for an alignment and control arm repair. This team of people have great customer service, were able to get me in within the week, thoroughly explained everything needed and the cost involved and never once tried to sell me anything I wasn't asking for. The transparency, communication, humanity and consistency of this shop are rare these days. Please please support this business! I will DEFINITELY be coming back. Did I mention my car being ready the same day?! Couldn't be happier to have worked with them.

Made an appointment for an alignment. Dropped off my van at 8am. I hadn't heard anything all day so I called at 4 and left a message. Got a response shortly after that my van was unalignable due to suspension play. I said bummer can you leave the keys outside I get off work late. She informed me there was a 75$ inspection fee. I told her I was shocked. She kindly offered to lower the price. I left work early to make it before they closed. I said I didn't want to pay because it seemed like a hidden fee. Receptionist quickly turned argumentative, said I must not be from here, I apologized, said I was not told about the fee. She handed me my keys and said I am not welcome back in the store. I felt bad about the encounter but I felt worse about being charged the cost of an alignment just to tell me they can't do the work I was asking for. I think it could have been handled much better.

Took my car in yesterday morning for an alignment job and got my car back the same day! Only $125.00 which was amazing and my car drives so much better! Only four stars because they couldn’t get my alignment perfect (which isn’t necessarily their fault. My alignment was really really bad.) overall amazing and friendly service.

Simply put Alignment techniques did not do our alignment on our truck, even though we paid for it! We had to double check their work based on a conversation with our mechanic. Turns out we had to put an additional $90 out to have our alignment done and done correctly! This business is shady and does not do good and honest work. Do not use this place for alignments they don’t actually do the work they charge you for!

Mike it's the best in town , I don't trust anyone to work on my suspension but mike. He worked on all my cars and he always does excellent work.
